The City of Daytona Beach will be sending out corrected Utility Bills to customers who received a bill with the wrong agency identified.

Instead of the correct City of Daytona Beach paper template, customers have received statements from the Seacoast Utility Authority.

Calculations and the amounts due on the are correct, but corrected bills are to be mailed out to those impacted.

According to a release, corrected bills will come with the following message:

“The City of Daytona Beach has been notified of a formatting issue that may have changed the look of your most recent statement. The error is limited to the look of the bill only; all calculations and amounts due are correct. We apologize for this inconvenience. "

If you received a statement that looked unusual, please destroy it and pay the enclosed bill.

If you received a regular looking bill, please pay as normal and disregard this notice.

If customers have any questions please call the city at 386-671-8100.
