The Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) will continue its informative series of Community Tourism Listening Sessions, providing a platform for engagement between residents and the tourism industry on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, starting at noon, at the CiCi & Hyatt Brown Museum of Art at 352 S. Nova Road in Daytona Beach. The goal of the Community Tourism Listening Sessions is to educate attendees about the CVB's marketing strategies for the destination and underline the significance of the tourism sector in the community.
Residents can participate by sharing their insights while learning of different avenues for involvement in the industry. A complimentary light lunch will be provided for all attendees, enhancing the interactive and informative nature of the session.
Not limited to these listening sessions, the CVB is actively engaged in two additional community outreach initiatives, including the Speakers Bureau, which offers informative talks on the importance of tourism and resources for businesses. Additionally, the reinvigorated Tourism Ambassador program aims to enlist dedicated volunteers passionate about representing and advocating for tourism at various destination events.
Due to limited space, interested individuals can secure their spots by RSVPing by Monday, November 13.
