Julie Pruitt –

LHAS, BC-HIS

Julie has been working in the hearing industry since 1992. Her career started at a franchised hearing aid retail outlet where she received her initial training by conducting hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and programming. Julie saw the need to become a National Board Certified Hearing Aid Specialist and decided to go into the business for herself. Since 2005, she has offered individualized care and one-on-one attention to her patients each and every day. Julie says, “I find the most rewarding part of my job is working with patients to improve their hearing and, ultimately, improve their quality of life.”

Samantha Carpenter –

Patient Coordinator

Samantha worked with Julie at the same retail outlet for hearing aids. Since partnering with Julie to start a new business, Samantha continued as Patient Care Coordinator, specializing in scheduling patients’ appointments, pre-authorizations, billing, and assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of hearing aids.
