Grand reopening of Colin’s Park in Daytona Beach scheduled for June 23.

The City of Daytona Beach is proud to announce the grand reopening of Colin's Park, 100 University Boulevard in Daytona Beach, on Friday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., where the public can join Zone 2 Commissioner Ken Strickland and other esteemed city officials to celebrate the park's transformation.
Following a series of intensive renovations, Colin's Park has undergone a remarkable facelift, boasting a range of notable improvements with state-of-the-art playground equipment, newly constructed connecting sidewalks, revamped landscaping, and a dedicated dog park, providing a safe and enjoyable space for furry companions.
The extensive project, totaling $167,625, received significant financial support from the Daytona Beach Racing and Recreational Facilities District, which contributed a generous grant of $53,125.
The grand reopening celebration will feature an exciting lineup of games, live music performances, and delicious refreshments.
