Late Night Blaze Destroys Unoccupied Daytona Beach Residence.

Fire crews responded to a large fire at an unoccupied residence around 1 a.m Tuesday morning. The blaze was reported by neighbors around the home located off Jefferson St. in Daytona Beach.

Daytona Beach Fire Department worked late into the night, battling heavy smoke, to extinguish the blaze. No one was injured, and crews were able to contain the blaze from spreading. 

The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, but it is currently under investigation by the State Fire Marshall.
