In a proactive move towards community involvement, the Daytona Beach Growth Management & Planning Department has announced an upcoming listening session to foster direct interaction between residents and city departments. The event will bring together residents with representatives from the Planning, Permits & Licensing, Redevelopment, and Code Compliance sectors.
The listening session will be held on Thursday, December 7, at 2 p.m., at City Hall in room 149B. This forum provides an invaluable opportunity for residents and stakeholders to voice their concerns, share insights, and engage in a constructive dialogue with city officials.
The primary objective of the meeting is to enable city staff to attentively listen to the community's feedback, gaining a firsthand understanding of the issues and concerns raised by the residents, and the relevant departments are committed to addressing these matters to the best extent possible.
Residents are encouraged to participate in this interactive session, contributing to the collaborative effort to enhance community development. The city's commitment to transparent communication and responsive governance is evident in this initiative, as officials strive to create an environment where citizen concerns are acknowledged and actively worked upon.
