When a homeowner is approved, a city-selected contractor will meet with the homeowner to discuss their needs and schedule the work. Funds for landscaping improvements will be paid directly to the contractor providing the service to the homeowner. The new grant program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and funded through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds derived from the American Rescue Plan Act.

Grant applications can be found on the City website or at City Hall at 301 S. Ridgewood Avenue in Daytona Beach.
