Thai Noodle City, the chef is my son Suwat “Tito” Kayotha he has been cooking at home since he was 15 years old, he loves to cook. Whenever we had dinner parties at our house everyone that came and ate his food kept telling me that we should open a Thai restaurant, the food was that good. After attending Embry-Riddle University, Tito worked in a few Thai restaurants in the area where he developed and perfected his own unique style of cooking using a combination of his mother’s style with his own. Using fresh herbs to accent the taste, every dish is cooked, prepared and served with the same love as if it was cooked back home in our own kitchen.
