Established in June 2013, 1st Florida Realty is a labor of love for Carol Bigelow and Lynn Byrne – collectively owning and managing a real estate Brokerage for over 20 years. Carol and Lynn became friends through real estate over the years. Bouncing ideas off each other and basically lending support to each other. So, they decided to join forces and started a new company beginning with 14 agents. Over the three years the company has grown to two locations and 26 agents. We are small without any layers and can respond to clients needs fast. Small means lean, however we offer full-service to clients, including buyers, sellers, and investment property owners through our property management services. Offices are conveniently located beachside in Daytona Beach Shores and Daytona Beach in the area of Bellair Plaza.
